Designed to make a strong design statement by using simple materials, the winery will permit this established grower to produce wines of their own for the first time. The processing area was laid out to adapt easily to changing winemaking techniques. A large barrel room is cut into the hill to benefit from natural cooling. Directly above, the tasting room and terrace take advantage of stellar views of Mt. Hood. The entire facility is also planned as a venue for corporate conferences and events.
