Caitlin first worked at LFA in 2008, and rejoined the firm in 2014. She has experience at several design firms in Portland and Seattle, on projects ranging from public facilities to hospitality to multi-family housing. Her interests in architecture include the adaptive reuse of historic buildings and design that is sensitive to its human and environmental context. Caitlin has also worked in marketing and graphic design, and her background includes research and design/build experience in sustainable design and construction practices. She has volunteered in Portland with the Architectural Heritage Center and Architects Without Borders, where she developed prototype housing for post-earthquake rebuilding in Haiti.
